Greenwich Village is known for winding Shady streets with 19-th century homes, for its roots coming from bohemian history, and iconic Washington Square Park.  Greenwich Village is also home to some of the best foods in all of NYC (ask any NYC food critic or celebrity chefs.  The Village is the greatest place to find every type of food!

This Greenwich village walking tour will locate the best local specialty shops.   You will sink your teeth into delicious desserts, enjoy prociutto arancini (rice balls) from a 100 year old specialty shop, try falafel that is  so good, it will make you understand why people stand on very long lines for it every nights.  And we can not forget about the best pizza places in town.
